The location off the main highway gives you a quiet residential setting but located within minutes of easy access to I-696 and I-75. Hazel Park is a small town located in Oakland county. The smallness provides you excellent EMS, fire and police services. At the same time you are located in a large metro area providing you access to many entertainment and shopping choices.
Affordable
The 24-unit complex is large enough to provide you services such as a resident manager and laundry but small enough to offer you personal attention. Dollar for dollar it’s a good place to live. There are cheaper apartments but the style of living is likely different also. If you have the funds there are more expensive places but dollar for dollar K-Lin is an excellent value. The dust free baseboard electric heat, which is included with your rent is also a plus. The complex pays for the heat but each unit individually controlled.
